Changes to Suika Cottage Sales Format and Price Revision

Thank you for your continued patronage of resort hoshihana. For a more comfortable and private stay of our Suika Cottage guests, we are pleased to announce the following revisions:

1. Change in Sales Format
(Unification to Full Cottage Exclusive Rental)

Suika Cottage is an iconic cottage at hoshihana, consisting of two side-by-side bedrooms (A and B) and an open-space living and dining area.

• Before Change: The previous sales format allowed guests to book bedrooms individually. In such cases, the shared living and dining space had to be shared with other guests.

• After Change: We will now unify all reservations to "Full Cottage Exclusive Rental." Reservations will include the whole cottage with both bedrooms (2 twin bedrooms = 4 beds) and the entire living and dining space. This applies to the exclusive rental, regardless of the number of guests (starting from one person, a maximum of 2 extra beds are available). This change will guarantee an exclusively private living and dining area reserved for you throughout your stay.

2. Revision of Pricing Structure

Following the above changes, we have reviewed the pricing to establish a simple and clear price structure.

*Note: The prices above represent the total cost for the exclusive rental of the entire Suika Cottage including breakfast.

3. Effective Date

The new pricing will be applied to reservations made from October 1, 2025.
